3. Shipping the Return: Carefully package the item, including the RA number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your full refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
