Introduction
Welcome to ads49! This Seller Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for selling your artwork on our platform. By listing your artwork on ads49, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Commission Structure
A 15% commission fee is deducted from the price you set for your artwork.
Example: If you list your artwork at R3,000, the final price to the buyer will be R3,000 + shipping (Covered by the buyer). You will receive R2,550.

Payment Timeline
Payments are processed and sent to you within 7 business days after the one-week return policy has expired. The one-week period starts after the buyer confirms receipt of the artwork.
Example: The buyer receives the art on the 10th, the return policy expires on the 17th, your payment is processed on the 18th, and you will receive it within 7 days, before the 25th.

Payment Method
Payments are made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to your provided bank account.

Minimum Payout
There is no minimum payout amount; you will receive the full amount for each sale.

Shipping
Shipping is arranged between ads49 and you the seller. Once your artwork is sold, our team will arrange with our courier a convenient pickup time. ads49 will oversee the shipping process to ensure the artwork reaches the buyer.

Packaging
As the seller, you are responsible for securely packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely to the buyer. Proper packaging helps protect your artwork during transit and minimises the risk of damage.

Insurance
Insurance for the artwork during transit is the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers will have the option to select insurance at checkout to protect against potential damage or loss while in transit. ads49 recommends that buyers choose this option for added peace of mind.

Returns and Refunds
If the artwork is returned within the one-week return period, ads49 will handle the return process.
The artwork will be shipped back to you at no cost. Please note that you will not receive payment for any artwork that is returned.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between buyers and sellers will be handled by ads49’s customer support team. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly to ensure satisfaction for both parties.

Listing Terms
Accurate Information: Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information about their artwork, including dimensions, medium, and condition.
Exclusive Rights: Sellers must have full rights to their artwork and must not have any agreements with other parties that restrict them from selling or promoting their work on ads49 or other platforms.
Listing on Other Platforms: Artwork listed on ads49 can be simultaneously listed on other platforms, provided that those platforms allow for such listings.

Intellectual Property
By listing artwork on ads49, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the artwork images and descriptions for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain all intellectual property rights to your artwork.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of their artwork.
The sale of counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented artwork is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
ads49 is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the sale or use of the artwork.
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold ads49 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of this agreement or their negligent or wrongful conduct.

Termination
ads49 reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove any listings at our discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of our terms and conditions.

Amendments
ads49 may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Continued use of our platform after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ads49 operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Agreement
By listing your artwork on ads49, you agree to the following terms:
Accuracy: You certify that all information provided is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the artwork.
Terms Compliance: You agree to the ads49 terms and conditions for sellers, including the verification process.
Full Rights: You confirm that you have full rights to your artwork and that there are no agreements with other parties that restrict you from selling or promoting your work on ads49 or other platforms.
Consent: You consent to the use of your provided images and information for the purpose of listing and promoting your artwork on ads49.
